Its limitations now relegated to history. I had to squeeze every last bit out of it. How to achieve the maximum approximation to the reality of the image and at the same time to be seen fluently.
As a programmer I knew firsthand the processing weight that the GPU and CPU had to support. Today we don't remember that multitasking had its origins in what was called a vectorized interrupt. We live under the illusion that one computer can do it all. But in the end it all has a processing weight.
I had to balance realism with operational fluidity to make it accessible to anyone with more than a minimal device.
